These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 15baji ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 15baji website located at https://15baji.net, including all associated services, features, games, betting markets, and promotional offerings (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the 15baji platform in any capacity — whether by browsing the website, creating a registered account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any other feature of the Services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account if one has been created.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 1.1 Acceptance by Use

Your use of the 15baji platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms regardless of whether you have explicitly clicked an "I Agree" checkbox during registration. The act of creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet is treated as conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms (if provided for convenience), the English version shall prevail. Headings are for navigational convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated to you at the point of opt-in, constitute the entire agreement between you and 15baji with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

2.1 Age Verification

Until satisfactory verification documents are provided, 15baji may place restrictions on the account, including suspension of withdrawal processing, restriction of deposit capabilities, or full account suspension. 2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Any funds remaining in a duplicate account will be subject to review before any consideration of return.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

15baji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with industry best practice. Full KYC verification is required before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during your use of the platform, including upon first deposit, upon reaching transaction thresholds, or upon detection of unusual account activity. Required KYC documents may include a valid National ID Card (NID), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 15baji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately. 15baji reserves the right to suspend any account showing signs of compromise, unusual access patterns, or potential fraud — with or without prior notice — to protect the player and the integrity of the platform.

All financial transactions on 15baji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 15baji supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the convenience and security of Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure channels.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposits

Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on the originating institution. 15baji does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Deposited funds may only be used for placing bets and participating in games on the 15baji platform. Deposits made in error or that cannot be attributed to a verified account will be returned to the originating payment method after investigation. 15baji does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment source must belong to the registered account holder.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 15baji account holder, consistent with our KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to a standard processing review that typically takes one to two business days. 15baji reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Any pending bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to active wagering requirements will result in those bonus funds being forfeited.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

15baji maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. The platform monitors all transactions for suspicious patterns and reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay transactions, or report activity to the relevant authorities where required. Players must not use 15baji as a mechanism to transfer funds between third parties. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of each promotional offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 15baji are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotional terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 20x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in qualifying games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10%–20%) or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the promotional terms applicable to each offer.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer specifies the eligibility conditions applicable to that offer. All bets placed on 15baji — whether on sports markets, casino games, crash games, or any other available product — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet or starting a game session, you confirm your acceptance of all applicable rules.

6.1 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number by the 15baji system. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, server errors, or insufficient account balance are not valid and will not be honoured. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient cleared funds in your account before placing any bet. 15baji is not responsible for any losses arising from connectivity failures on your side.

6.2 Sports Betting

6.4 Dispute Resolution

15baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to the following:

• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a requested timeframe
• Operating multiple accounts in breach of the One Account Policy
• Underage gambling — confirmed or suspected
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Chargeback requests made against 15baji through a payment provider
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 15baji staff
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage
• Breach of any provision of these Terms or applicable law

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 15baji account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. If the closure is for responsible gaming reasons (e.g., you feel your gambling is becoming problematic), please inform the support team so that the correct self-exclusion protocol can be activated, which includes additional protections such as communication opt-out and cooling-off periods. Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons are processed immediately and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

7.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification. Winnings or balances associated with accounts closed for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity may be forfeited at 15baji's discretion.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement). 15baji reserves the right to charge a dormancy maintenance fee of ৳200 per month against the dormant account balance once the dormancy threshold is reached, provided that the applicable balance is sufficient to cover the fee. 15baji will attempt to contact you via your registered email or phone number before applying dormancy fees. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

15baji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. 8.1 Player Protection Tools

All registered 15baji players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.
